30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery) to return your shoes for an exchange or a full refund.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • The shoes must be in their original packaging/box.  

  • You must provide the proof of purchase (receipt, bill, or order number).

Return Shipping & Cost:

  • A flat return shipping and handling fee of $15 will be deducted from your total refund amount, or charged at the time of return processing.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Drop us a message on our customer support or visit our store.

  2. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed immediately to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
