You have 30 days from the date of purchase (or delivery) to return your shoes for an exchange or a full refund.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:

The shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Shipping & Cost:

A flat return shipping and handling fee of $15 will be deducted from your total refund amount, or charged at the time of return processing.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
