Ans: To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be returned completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. The footwear must be packed inside its original, undamaged product box.   

Q7: Is there a fee associated with returning an item?

Ans: Yes. To help cover logistics, shipping, and processing fees, a flat $15 return shipping fee is applied to all returns. This flat amount will be automatically deducted from your final refund credit.
